For dental laboratories

Every case, from the clinic to delivery, in a single flow

Orders stop getting lost between messages, e-mails and phone calls. The laboratory sees every case and every deadline, and clinics follow their own orders themselves.

No patient names, no national ID numbers, no medical data — only the internal reference you already use.

The problem

The order arrives on WhatsApp. The change, by phone. The deadline, nowhere.

In a busy laboratory, what is known about a case arrives across four different channels and is never gathered anywhere. Who asked for the change? What deadline was promised? Did the impression arrive? The answers exist, but they are in somebody's head.

  • Incomplete orders that stall for two days until somebody answers.
  • Calls from clinics asking whether the case is ready.
  • Promised deadlines that nobody can state exactly any more.
  • A spreadsheet kept by one person, who is away on Friday.

How it works

Three steps, no training

Nobody learns a new program. The clinic fills in a form, the laboratory works from a board, and the status finds its own way back.

  1. The clinic submits the case

A structured form that cannot be submitted without the required details: clinic, type of work, patient reference and the requested deadline.

  2. The laboratory takes it on and tracks it

Every case gets its own number and joins the working board. Status and technician are changed straight from the list.

  3. The clinic sees the status itself

In their own portal, each clinic follows only their own cases — without calling, and without asking.

Features

What it actually does

  • A form that leaves no gaps

Required fields are checked on submission, so a case cannot start out incomplete.

  • Deadlines in plain sight

Active cases, overdue ones and those waiting on information, each with its own deadline.

  • History that cannot be erased

Every status change, every assignment and every comment stays on record, with author and date.

  • Files attached to the case

Scans, photographs and documents kept on the case and downloaded only by those entitled to them.

  • Notifications to the clinic

An e-mail when the case is ready for delivery, when the deadline approaches, or when something is missing.

  • Internal notes, kept apart

What you write for the laboratory stays in the laboratory. The clinic sees only what you mark as visible.

For clinics

What the clinics you work with get

This is not only an internal tool. Every clinic gets an account of their own for submitting complete cases and following their orders — one more reason to work with you.

  • They submit complete cases, with everything needed, first time.
  • They see the status and the promised deadline without picking up the phone.
  • They see only their own cases, never another clinic's.

Who it is for

Laboratories working with more than one clinic

If you take cases from more than two clinics, the information scatters faster than anyone can hold it in mind. From there on, a shared flow costs less than one missed deadline.

Working with clinics

Clinics submit and follow their own work, without being given access to the rest of the laboratory.

Data protection

The patient never appears by name

A case carries only the internal reference you already use. No name, no national ID number, no address, no telephone and no medical history. This is not a setting that can be switched off by mistake: the application has nowhere to store them.

  • Data stays in the European Union

Hosted in Frankfurt, encrypted in transit throughout.

  • Every laboratory isolated

Separation between laboratories is enforced by the database, not by a check in the application.

  • Access by role

Owner, administrator, technician and clinic — each sees strictly what they need.

  • Private files

Attachments are not public and are released only after a rights check, every single time.
